The Mesquite Independent School District Food & Nutrition Services Department is soliciting bids for the purchase and turnkey demolition and installation of a Cooler/Freezer Combo unit at Cannaday Elementary School. Question Deadline 05/29/2026 at 2:00 PM CT Questions submitted via email to: JGarcia12@mesquiteisd.org. ** Site visit info : Site Visit Requirements Vendors must arrive no later than 1:00 PM for check-in All attendees must check in at the front office at Cannaday Elementary School A valid government-issued ID is required for campus access MISD staff will escort vendors to the kitchen areas at both locations Attendance at the site visit is highly mandatory, as it allows vendors to verify existing conditions and project scope prior to submitting a proposal. Failure to attend does not relieve the vendor of responsibility for fully understanding the requirements of the project. The contract term shall be from June 10, 2026, through June 10, 2027, with the option to renew annually through June 10, 2028.
