The Mesquite Independent School District Food & Nutrition Services Department is soliciting bids for the purchase and turnkey demolition and installation of a Cooler/Freezer Combo unit at Cannaday Elementary School. Vendors are strongly encouraged to attend the scheduled site visit to ensure accurate and complete bid submissions. Vendors must arrive no later than 1:00 PM for check-in, and all attendees must check in at the front office at Cannaday Elementary School with a valid government-issued ID for campus access. MISD staff will escort vendors to the kitchen areas at both locations. Attendance at the site visit is highly mandatory, as it allows vendors to verify existing conditions and project scope prior to submitting a proposal. Failure to attend does not relieve the vendor of responsibility for fully understanding the requirements of the project.
