Sealed proposals are requested for Construction Manager at Risk Services for the Mesquite High School Renovation and Addition, as part of a capital improvement project. The proposal package includes Pre-Construction Services as well as Bidding and Construction Services for the project. Proposals will be evaluated for "best value" to the Owner based on published selection criteria. One proposer will be selected for negotiation of a Construction Management at Risk Agreement, subject to final approval by the Board of Trustees. Mesquite Independent School District reserves the right to waive formalities and to reject any or all proposals. Proposers may not withdraw their proposal within sixty days after the opening date.
