The Mesquite Independent School District Food & Nutrition Services Department is soliciting bids for the purchase and turnkey demolition and installation of a Cooler/Freezer Combo unit at Smith Elementary School. For any questions, please contact the Mesquite ISD Purchasing Office at 972-882-5542 or purchasing@mesquiteisd.org. ** Site visit info : Site Visit Requirements Vendors must arrive no later than 1:00 PM for check-in All attendees must check in at the front office at Cannaday Elementary School A valid government-issued ID is required for campus access MISD staff will escort vendors to the kitchen areas at both locations Attendance at the site visit is highly mandatory, as it allows vendors to verify existing conditions and project scope prior to submitting a proposal. Failure to attend does not relieve the vendor of responsibility for fully understanding the requirements of the project. The District is seeking qualified vendors to provide a turnkey solution for a walk-in cooler/freezer, including all labor, materials, equipment, delivery, and installation. The awarded vendor shall: o Furnish all labor, supervision, materials, and equipment required for a complete installation o Coordinate removal and haul-off of existing equipment o Schedule delivery and installation with MISD Kitchen Maintenance o Provide at least two (2) days advance notice prior to removal and installation o Ensure all equipment is installed, tested, and fully operational o Provide on-site training for staff on proper use and maintenance
