Demolition and renovation of an educational facility in Omaha, Nebraska. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility; and for the demolition of a educational facility.
Furnish all labor, materials, tools, equipment, utility and transportation services for the replacement of the boiler at Gomez Elementary School. The work includes demolition of one existing boiler and piping, and the expansion tank and piping. Installation of two new high efficiency hot water boilers in an adjacent room being converted to a mechanical room. Installation of new heat exchangers to provide backup heat to an existing ground source heat pump loop. Work also includes all required piping, controls, ducting and general work required so that all equipment being installed functions as designed.
