The project consists of furnishing all labor, tools, materials and equipment required for the project designated as Town Center West - Sanitary, Storm, and Paving - Phase 2. The work consists essentially of sanitary sewer, storm sewer, and paving construction, including clearing and grubbing, mobilization, silt fence installation and maintenance, trench stabilization, constructing PVC and RCP sewer pipes, constructing manholes, earth excavation, and constructing 7-inch concrete pavement.
