This work consists of surface preparation, furnishing, and applying penetrating concrete sealer to pavement surface driving areas from back of curb to back of curb at various locations around the City of Omaha. Areas described in the contract are intended to be fully completed under this contract, but at any time areas may be subtracted or others added as directed by the Engineer. Bids are requested from qualified companies for all work and goods set forth in the specifications. Contractors are required to submit an Economic Sustainability Plan. The project qualifies for Apprentice utilization (optional), and to utilize this provision, an Apprenticeship Incentive Form should be attached with the bid submission. Bidders are required to submit a bid bond or acceptable substitute as listed, with a copy uploaded in the Response Attachments section and the original received by the City Clerk within seven calendar days of the closing date and time. Bid questions must be submitted in the Questions tab of the bid event and will be answered within one day of the cutoff date.
