The Elsinore Valley Municipal Water District is requesting proposals from qualified consultants for professional construction management and observation services for the Waite Street Booster Station Rehabilitation Project. The selected consultant will oversee the successful completion of the project and turnover of the facilities to the District. Question Deadline 05/28/2026 at 10:00 AM PT ummary of Services The scope of services to be provided generally includes the following: Professional construction management services consisting of schedule management, change order management, managing/processing progress payment requests, budget monitoring, submittal review including coordination with the design engineer, quality assurance, and all other duties necessary to complete the work. Construction observation services will be required to ensure quality control, document work, and provide direct interaction with the construction contractor. The scope of work also includes coordination with the District's Operations Department, affected property owners, and external agencies and public outreach services. The consultant shall provide all services necessary to oversee successful completion of the Project and turnover of the facilities to the District. Any proposed additions and/or modifications to the Scope of Services shall be noted in the consultant's proposal, and costs for those services shall be identified as optional in the fee.
