Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Jensen, Utah. Completed plans call for the construction of a 2,400-square-foot office development; and 2,400-square-foot industrial development.
The project consists of procuring a pre-fabricated building manufacturer and constructing a 60 ft x 40 ft warehouse and office building. The work also includes installation of a 6-inch water line, yard hydrant, water service, MEP (mechanical, electrical, and plumbing), and other appurtenant items. The required completion timeframe is 90 calendar days. Bidders must provide bid security as specified in the Instructions to Bidders. Bid forms (Sections 00 21 15, 00 64 00, 00 65 50, and 00 41 43) and a cashier or certified check, or bid bond, made payable to Hanna Water and Sewer District in an amount equal to at least five percent of the total bid, must be submitted. Bid bonds must be underwritten by a Surety Company approved by the U.S. Department of the Treasury. Bids must be submitted on the provided Bid Form and are irrevocable for 60 days after submission. The Owner reserves the right to waive irregularities and to accept or reject any or all bids. No oral instructions are binding; changes will be issued by written Addendum to all plan holders. Refer to the Instructions to Bidders for other bidding requirements.
