Webber Waterworks is requesting proposals from interested subcontractors to perform specified scopes of supply for the construction of the Dr. Paul Phillips Water Purification Plant Expansion Project. This involves expanding from a 14.0 MGD to an 18.0 MGD average daily flow water purification plant, with provisions for a future expansion to 22 MGD. The remaining work, Phases III and IV, includes new facilities such as a Raw Water Pump Station, Backwash Recovery Basin, Recycle Pump Station, Clearwell, High Service Pump Station, and upgrades to chemical systems, yard and plant piping, site civil elements, and the electrical distribution and controls system. Nearly every trade in the waterworks industry will be required. Competitive sealed proposals are to be submitted per individual work package requirements, with specified packages including Raw Water Pumps, Raw Water Pump Station & Access Bridge, Raw Water Pipeline, and RWPS Electrical, Instrumentation, and Control.
