Renovation of an educational facility in Southington, Connecticut. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Roof replacement for Strong Elementary School- Southington Public Schools. A bid bond for five percent (5%) of the base bid cost is required and must accompany each bid. Bids must be held firm for ninety (90) days beyond the bid opening date. The successful bidder must file a one hundred percent (100%) Performance Bond, a one hundred percent (100%) Labor & Materials Bond and a Certificate of Insurance with the Finance & Operations Director within ten (10) days of notice of bid award. Southington Public Schools reserves the right to reject any and all bids, or any part thereof, to waive defects in same, or to accept any proposal, or part thereof, deemed to be in Southington Public Schools best interest.
