Description

Site work and paving for a road / highway in Winthrop, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.

Address all questions to: Steven Calla at scalla@winthropma.gov Minimum 3-person hourly crew rate for asphalt patching and pot-hole repair work performed from July 1, 2026 to June 30, 2027. The crew must be comprised of at least three competent asphalt restoration technicians and capable of providing full asphalt trench patching and pot-hole repair services throughout the Town of Winthrop as needed and directed by the Director of Public Works. The awarded contractor will be expected to mobilize and perform the required tasks within 24 hours of notification from the Director of Public Works. The awarded contractor will be required to provide all equipment and tools needed to pick-up and transport the asphalt material from the plant and to satisfactorily install the product in the locations specified by the Director of Public works
