Learning Center Improvements Bids are to be delivered to The District Office at 1510 Penrose St., Grinnell, IA 50012. Construction is intended to start on June 22nd, 2026, following the owner’s receipt and approval of required Contracts, Bonds, and Insurance. Substantial Completion is on or before August 14th, 2026. The Bid Security shall be made payable to the Grinnell-Newburg Community School District. The Bid Security must not contain any conditions either in the body or as an endorsement thereon. The Bid Security shall be forfeited to the District as damages in the event the successful Bidder fails or refuses to enter into a contract within 10 days after the award of contract and post bond satisfactory to the District insuring the faithful fulfillment of the contract and the maintenance of said work, if required, pursuant to the provisions of this notice and the other contract documents.
