The work involves all labor and materials necessary for the installation of suspended acoustical tile ceilings and a smaller amount of adhered acoustical tile and drywall ceilings. There will be three contracts working in this building during the construction period: This Replacement Ceiling contract, a Resilient Flooring contract, and a Painting contract. At the same time the Owner will be performing minor demolition replacing lighting and miscellaneous electrical devices, as well as replacing plumbing fixtures and some toilet room partitions. The Owner is charged with coordination of the work of the several trades and expected to be available on the job to assist other contractors with coordination.
