The purpose is to seek one qualified vendor to provide janitorial services for the office at 4312 Western Park Place, Durham, NC 27705. The intent is to award an Agency Specific Contract. The contract has an initial term of one year and may be renewed for up to two additional one-year terms at the State's discretion. The vendor must begin work within five business days of contract execution. Bids are to be submitted in accordance with all terms, conditions, attachments, and addenda. Vendors are responsible for reading and complying with all instructions, terms, general conditions, exhibits, attachments, and any issued changes or addenda related to this IFB. Vendors must obtain and comply with all addenda and are required to direct any questions about the IFB as instructed.
