DRA Sewer Replacement & Bank Stabilization, Bay Springs, Mississippi. Sealed bids are being received for furnishing the City's requirements for this project. Bids must be accompanied by bid security equal to 5% of the bid amount, in the form of a certified check, cashier's check, or bid bond written by a company properly licensed in Mississippi. Each bid must be received sealed and marked exactly as specified. No bid may be withdrawn for sixty (60) days. The lowest and best proposal will be accepted, subject to state law, but the Board reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive informalities. This item shall consist of furnishing all of the necessary materials, supervision, labor, tools, equipment and incidentals, and the installation of various types and sizes of sewer pipe and related items in accordance with the Contract Drawings and Specifications, as stated in the Proposal. Award is subject to final approval.
