The professional service provider will be responsible for conducting Level I and Level II studies for the Fort Bridger, Fort Laramie, and Fort Bonneville dormitories at the Wyoming State Fair in Douglas, WY. The work includes developing a most cost-effective remedy in consultation with the Wyoming State Fair’s needs to determine the best approach for maintenance and rehabilitation of the three dormitory buildings, with cost estimating services incorporated into the work. Only signed Statements of Qualifications submitted through the Public Purchase site and on State of Wyoming forms will be considered. This is not a request for proposal, and there is no obligation for the State of Wyoming to award any contract.
