Description

Site work and new construction of a water / sewer project in Dublin, Virginia. Completed plans call civil work for a wastewater treatment plant.

The New River Resource Authority invites proposals from qualified firms/individuals for construction of a leachate holding pond. The pond will receive leachate via a new force main connection from Pump Station One. The pond will require full lining in compliance with regulatory standards for containment and include a double liner system with an environmentally resistant exposed geomembrane. Site grading will be needed to construct the pond embankments, ensure operational access, and ensure independent operation of the pond versus surrounding surface runoff.
