Sources Sought Notice Replace exterior lightbulbs and illuminated building sign lighting at the Jesse Brown VA Medical Center under a one-year firm-fixed-price contract. The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, transportation, and supervision necessary to replace burned-out LED components in exterior illuminated building signs. Work includes the use of a bosun chair with rope access to rappel over building walls to access signage. Tasks include replacing LEDs in the logo, portions of the "M," and the "E & R" on the South elevation sign on the newer section of the building, replacing LEDs in the logo on the South elevation sign on the older section of the building, and replacing LEDs in the logo on the sign facing the North elevation. Upon completion of replacements, the contractor shall energize the signs and verify proper operation of all newly installed LEDs.
