Renovation of a municipal facility in Thiells, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.

Building 9 Exterior Door Replacement. There is a mandatory scheduled site visit. Quotes must include a cost breakdown for materials, labor, and overhead, and list number. The contract term is within 30 days of receiving the purchase order. The contractor is to provide and supply a 1-year warranty on material and labor. Subcontracting is not allowed. A quote proposal form must be used for your bid; any other proposal forms will not be accepted. All quotes, including a breakdown of materials, labor, and overhead, must be received in the Hudson Valley DDSO Business office by the specified deadline. All staff working at the project site are required to sign an attendance sheet for record purposes. The awarded vendor must submit certificates of Liability Insurance and Worker’s Compensation Insurance, completed Lobbying Law Forms, and signed Appendix A. The vendor must also comply with prevailing wage requirements and submit certified payroll records at the time of invoicing. Vendors must demonstrate 2 years of relevant experience on prior similar projects if requested.
