The Work of this Contract shall include the furnishing of all labor, materials, equipment, tools, construction equipment and machinery, water, heat, utilities, transportation, insurance, taxes, superintendence, coordination, and miscellaneous services required for the construction and completion of the Work, whether temporary or permanent and whether or not incorporated or to be incorporated into the Work. There is no variation to life safety egress or occupancy designation. No significant exterior walls, structure, or rated interior partitions will be modified in the project scope of work.
