Description

Site work and paving for a road / highway in Elk Mound, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.

The Town of Elk Mound, Dunn County, is requesting bids for three chip seal projects. Project 1 is an LRIP road project located on 906th street from 620th Avenue north toward WI Hwy 40, requiring a double chip seal with hot applied oil. Project 2 is on 906th street from 620th Avenue south to County HH, also requiring a double chip seal. Project 3 is on 810th street starting at Cty E going north approximately 100 feet, requiring a single chip seal. All projects must be completed between August 1 and September 30, 2026. Bid documents are available on the town website. Bids must be submitted to the Town Chairman by 11:00 am Friday, May 22, 2026, or presented at the bid opening at 1:00 pm the same day at the town hall.
