Site work and paving for a municipal facility in Lomira, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a municipal facility.

The work consists of pavement replacement of all areas at the Leroy Town Hall that are already blacktopped, which includes pulverizing and shaping 1,770 square yards and providing 405 tons of 4-inch HMA. The total area is limited to what is already blacktopped at the Town Hall. Additionally, work on Ertl Road covers 1,625 square yards. Bidders are to provide unit price per square yard and total project cost for both areas. Contractors are required to supply all labor, materials, traffic control, signing, and proof of insurance. All bids must be sealed and properly marked according to the project area. The Town of LeRoy reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to accept the bid deemed most advantageous to the Town.
