Site work and paving for a road / highway in Lomira, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
As of June 11, 2025. Project was awarded to m Northeast Asphalt for only Sunnyview Rd (0.5 mi.) at a cost of $77,998.50. Water Street Rd may be re-bid at a later date. Town of Lomira will accept sealed bids for the following 2025 road paving projects: 1. Sunny view Rd. from Elm Rd. north to Farmersville Rd. (0.5 mi.) Pulverize, Fine Grade, Water & Compact 3" Asphalt Surface 22 ft. Wide Please submit bids for both 1 lift and 2 lift options 2. Water Street Rd. from State Road 175 to Breitag Rd. (0.6 mi.) Pulverize, Fine Grade, Water & Compact 2.5" Asphalt Surface 19 - 20 ft. Wide (1 lift) . Contractors are to supply all labor, material, traffic control signage, and proof of insurance. The Town Board reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to accept the bid most advantageous to the Town of Lomira.
