Renovation of an educational facility in Endwell, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

The Maine-Endwell Central School District invites sealed bids, in duplicate, for Asbestos Abatement Construction (AAC) for the 2022 Capital Improvement Project – Phase 5 at Homer Brink Elementary School – Abatement Project. Base Bids will be received by the Owner until 2:00 PM, Local Time, Thursday, May 28, 2026 at the Maine Endwell CSD District Office (located within the High School), 712 Farm to Market Road, Endwell, NY 13760. Contractors should refer to 2008 Wicks Reform and New York State Labor Law Section 220-i for additional submission procedures and requirements not otherwise outlined in the contract documents. Contract documents may be obtained from Plan & Print Systems, Inc., 6160 Eastern Ave, Syracuse, NY 13211, upon receipt of a $100.00 deposit per set. Prospective Bidders will be issued a maximum of two sets each, and subcontractors/material suppliers will be issued a maximum of one set each. Contract documents will also be delivered via UPS Ground service upon request and receipt of an additional non-refundable delivery and handling charge. Any sets required in excess of the mentioned maximums are to be obtained directly by interested parties at the full cost of printing. Only complete sets will be issued. Addenda for this project will be emailed to each plan holder of record, except as noted, and it is the responsibility of each prospective bidder to submit an accurate email address when requesting Bidding/Contract Documents and to download each addendum. Each Bidder must deposit with its Bid, security in an amount and form subject to the conditions provided in the Contract Documents. Withdrawal of Bids will be subject to the conditions provided in the Instructions to Bidders. The work of this project shall be completed by the dates set forth in Section 011100 entitled "Summary of Work." Upon returning sets promptly and in reusable condition to Plan & Print Systems, Inc. within 30 days after the date of the Bid opening, deposits will be refunded in full. Contract Documents not returned to the printer within this 30-day period will not have deposits refunded. The Owner reserves the right to waive any informality in or to reject any or all Bids. Bidders will be able to visit the Site at the convenience of the Maine-Endwell Central School District with a minimum of forty-eight hours prior notification.
