This Invitation to Tender is for Consulting Services for the Structural Analysis and Demolition of Regional Road 512 (74 Main Street West) in the Town of Grimsby. The site consists of a two-storey building that previously housed residential apartments above a convenience store, and is built over the 40 Mile Creek Bridge and connected to a neighbouring plaza. The services required include a Structural Analysis of the building, Demolition Plans, Permitting for Demolition, Pre-Tender Document Preparation, and Contract Administration and Inspection Services.
