This Request for Tender is an invitation by The Regional Municipality of Niagara to prospective bidders to submit bids for Contract No. 2026-T-70 Reconstruction of Regional Road 10 (Casablanca Boulevard) Corridor Phase 1, between Regional Road 39 (North Service Road) and Regional Road 512 (Livingston Ave). Niagara Region will only consider bids from those who have registered with Bids and Tenders and obtained the RFT directly from Niagara Region's public purchasing portal. It is highly recommended that bidders thoroughly review the RFT document due to recent revisions, particularly regarding the submission of bids, bid security, and agreements to bond. Failure to comply with the current requirements may result in bids being declared non-compliant and disqualified.
