This Request for Proposal is an invitation to submit proposals for the Baker Road WWTP Secondary Digester Upgrade. The scope of work includes the design of an instrumentation upgrade, decommissioning and capping of the existing gas mixing system, and a condition assessment once the digester has been taken out of service and cleaned. Based on the results of the condition assessment, the successful bidder will provide recommendations for any necessary upgrades to the digester and complete start-up activities. This assignment will be carried out under the phases further described in Appendix B and is being issued specifically to a subset of the Successful Roster Listing from Contract 2023-RFSQ-184, Category 8. Instructions for bidders include the requirement for online submissions only, in English unless otherwise specified, with access to bid documents provided through the designated site.
