Site work and new construction of a fire / police facility in Goldsboro, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the construction of a fire / police facility; and for site work for a fire / police facility.
The expected schedule for the projects is approximately 12 months to complete the package of work. The selected Design-Builder will be required to provide a performance and payment bond in accordance with provisions of Article 3 of Chapter 44A of the NC General Statutes. Question Deadline date: June 2, 2026 Wayne County reserves the right to reject any and all submittals and to terminate the Request for Qualifications process at any time. During the bid process, all communication relating to this bid shall be directed to Mandy Trujillo at amanda.trujillo@waynegov.com, Purchasing Specialist for Wayne County. Failure to meet this requirement may consider your bid non-responsible. All questions relating to this bid shall be directed to the Purchasing Specialist above in the form of an email no later than June 2, 2026 at 5pm. Answers will be provided to all Offerors.
