Reference Number 0000424295 Colorado State University (CSU) is seeking firms interested in providing comprehensive design services for the Heating Plant Boiler Upgrade project. The project scope involves the following: Sequential replacement of two existing natural gas steam boilers with new ultra-low-NOx models while maintaining steam distribution uptime. Relocation of control room within Heating Plant building while maintaining plant operation at reduced capacity. Renovation of offsite swing space to accommodate displaced Heating Plant offices and shops. Associated piping, controls, and connectivity work. Question Acceptance Deadline 05/22/2026 02:00 PM EDT Questions are submitted online No Final Addendum Issued (anticipated) May 26, 2026 The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time. The State reserves the right to reject any or all submittals on the basis of being unresponsive to this RFQ or for failure to disclose requested information.
