Renovation of a municipal facility in Raceland, Louisiana. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Question Deadline 06/04/2026 at 5:00 PM CT Sealed bids are invited for repairs to the LPSO Transitional Work Program Building. Bid prices must exclude all taxes and should include any shipping charges if applicable. A bid security of not less than 5% of the total bid amount is required, payable by Bid Bond, Certified Check, or Cashier's Check. The successful bidder must provide a 100% performance bond prior to contract issuance, and all work must be completed within 365 calendar days from the Notice to Proceed. Liquidated damages will be assessed for late completion. Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope with the owner's name, project name, and contractor's name, address, and state license number on the exterior. Bids must use the Louisiana Uniform Public Works Bid Form and will only be issued to licensed contractors/subcontractors. Contractors must provide evidence of licensing for Building Construction, in accordance with Louisiana law. A mandatory Pre-bid Conference will be held at the project location, and attendance is required to bid. Contractors must sign both the sign-in and sign-out sheets at the conference. All questions must be submitted by email with the project name in the subject. The project is partially funded by FEMA Public Assistance funds and is subject to FEMA contract terms and conditions. Contract documents are available online and at the office of High Tide Consultants, LLC. Electronic bid submission is permitted.
