The project includes the construction of a new 200,000-gallon welded steel potable water ground storage tank and foundation. It involves the removal and replacement of existing booster pumps with new booster pumps, the addition of variable frequency drives (VFDs), and upgrades to electrical components. Work also includes the installation of a new electric service connection, a new emergency backup generator and foundation, and re-routing an existing 30-inch storm drain line. The project will also cover the removal and replacement of the existing perimeter fence and access gate, along with site civil improvements including yard piping and grading.
