The work includes but is not limited to: construction and furbishing of a new wastewater pumping station superstructure including masonry work, light gauge roof framing, and metal roof installation, furnishing and installing process, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, instrumentation, and mechanical items, installing a new 30-inch force main and pumping equipment, 42-inch gravity influent sewer along with manholes, and related sitework. The project is funded by the Delaware Clean Water State Revolving Loan Fund (CWSRF) and contractors must comply with all related program requirements.
