Renovation of a mixed-use development in Wilmington, Delaware. Completed plans call for the renovation of a medical facility.
Provide all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, and related services necessary to complete the roof replacement project in accordance with the Statement of Work. Work shall comply with all applicable federal, state, and local codes, regulations, and standards. The project magnitude is estimated between $250,000 and $500,000. The contractor shall be responsible for proper worker classification and compliance with all applicable wage and hour laws. Prior to commencement of work, the general contractor shall provide proof that an OSHA-certified Competent Person (CP) will maintain a presence at the project site whenever the general contractor or any subcontractors are performing work. The project will be awarded as a firm-fixed-price contract to the responsive and responsible bidder submitting the lowest-priced bid meeting all solicitation requirements.
