Renovation of an educational facility in Wilmington, Delaware. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Sealed bids are requested for the McKean High School Roof Replacement for the Red Clay Consolidated School District. A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held for the purpose of establishing the listing of contractor/subcontractors and answering questions. Attendance at this meeting is a prerequisite for bidding. Sealed bids should be addressed appropriately and clearly indicate the project and contract number. Electronic contract documents may be obtained from Becker Morgan Group, Inc. upon receipt of a non-refundable fee. Each bid must include a bid security equivalent to ten percent of the bid amount and all additive alternates. The successful bidder must provide a performance bond and payment bond in an amount equal to 100 percent of the contract price upon contract execution. The owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities. Bidders will not be subject to discrimination on the basis of race, creed, color, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, or national origin, and minority, disadvantaged, women-owned, and veteran-owned business enterprises will be given full opportunity to bid.
