Site work, paving, new construction and renovation of a mixed-use development in Dripping Springs, Texas. Completed plans call for the construction of a bridge / tunnel; for the renovation of a bridge / tunnel; for site work for a bridge / tunnel; and for paving for a bridge / tunnel.
The project generally includes 220 linear feet of crushed limestone equestrian trail restoration and ditch grading with a concrete sidewalk culvert. Additive alternates include 165 linear feet of a 6-foot wide concrete sidewalk trail with a 20-foot span steel pedestrian bridge, an asphalt pavement dumpster landing area with a compacted flexible base, miscellaneous sidewalk extensions, and revegetation. Bonds: 5% Bid Bond, 100% Performance Bond, 100% Payment Bond. Should this solicitation fail to contain sufficient information in order for interested firms to obtain a clear understanding of the services required by the City, or should it appear that the instructions outlined in the solicitation are not clear or are contradictory, any interested firm may in writing request clarification from Chad Gilpin, P.E., no later than 5 p.m. on Friday May 22 nd , 2026. The interested firm shall email a copy of the written clarification request to Chad Gilpin, at cgilpin@cityofdrippingsprings.com and Written requests from interested firms and written responses by the City will be provided to all Applicants.
