2026 Roadway Maintenance Project (#MAINT-2026-01) generally includes: 9,821 square yards of 3" asphalt mill & overlay, 525 square yards of spot pavement repairs, and pavement markings. Bids must be submitted on City of Dripping Springs bid forms and must be accompanied by an acceptable bid security in the form of a cashier's check or bid bond, payable to the City of Dripping Springs, Texas, equal to five percent (5%) of the total bid amount. The successful Bidder must furnish a performance bond and payment bond on the forms provided, each in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the contract amount, from a surety company holding a permit from the State of Texas to act as surety. The City reserves the right to reject any and all Bids and any nonconforming Bid and to award the Contract in a period of time not exceeding 60 days from the Bid opening date. Bids shall remain firm for that period.
