The successful Bidder will be required to furnish a Performance Bond, Payment Bond and Maintenance Bond as specified in the Contract Documents. Bids are being solicited through a fair and open process in accordance with N.J.S.A. 19:44A-20.3, et seq., and as such, contractors are exempt from the limitations on making political contributions under that law.
