Demolition, site work, paving and new construction of a mixed-use development in Fort Worth, Texas. Completed plans call for the construction of a water / sewer project; and bridge / tunnel.
The work consists of the construction of an approximately 3,900 feet long and 300 feet wide bypass channel consisting of a floodwall on the east side (right bank) and an earthen levee on the west side (left bank).
