The required services to be provided are for remodeling services for two (2) employee restrooms located at the Child Protective Services office for the Region 03 Regional Administration Services (RAS). Services to include but not limited to a) Demo existing floor tile in two (2) single use restrooms measuring 56"x57" each. b) Prep floor to install 12"x12" ceramic tiles, grout and finish. (Tile is to match existing tile at the facility) c) Remove and replace existing toilets with new ADA approved toilets. Height is to be between 17-19 inches. Make and model of dispenser to be approved by the facility prior to installation. d) Remove and replace existing hand dryers and light fixtures. Before installing light fixtures, the Contractor shall allow the Facility to inspect and approve the fixture on-site to verify it matches the approved design, finish, and location. e) Remove and replace two (2) existing mirrors, soap dispensers and refinish restroom doors. New mirrors shall be glass mirrors and measure 20"x30". New plastic and manual liquid dispensers are to be installed. Make and model of dispenser to be approved by the facility prior to installation. f) Remove and replace existing tissue paper dispensers with new metal double roll dispensers. Make and model of dispenser to be approved by the facility prior to installation. g) Prep and paint sheetrock restroom ceiling with light grey, semi-gloss paint. The description of requirements, services, specifications for goods which may be required, and deliverables as provided in this IFB and any resulting Contract which the Contractor is required to provide.
