The County of San Patricio, Texas, is soliciting sealed bids for the removal of existing reinforced concrete pipe (RCP) culverts and replacement with precast box culverts. Bids must be received by the County no later than 2:00 PM (Central Time) on May 28, 2026, to be considered. Any bid received after the stated deadline will not be considered and will be returned unopened. San Patricio County will accept bids in both electronic and hard copy formats. Vendors may submit electronic bids through the County’s official website by navigating to Departments > Purchasing > Bid Opportunities. Hard copy submissions must be sealed and clearly labeled "IFB2026-001 CR1136 Culvert Replacement" and delivered to the County Purchasing Coordinator at the specified address. Questions or requests for clarification must be submitted by email or through the County’s online bidding platform no later than five (5) calendar days prior to the bid closing date. The County reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities or irregularities in the bidding process. The County also reserves the right to negotiate with any or all respondents, as permitted by law. Payments will be issued by check only. A bid bond is required when applicable.
