Description

Demolition, site work, paving and new construction of a mixed-use development in Inverness, Florida. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; for paving for a bridge / tunnel; road / highway; for the construction of a bridge / tunnel; road / highway; for the demolition of a bridge / tunnel; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.

District : 07 This is an FC-5 Replacement Milling and Resurfacing Pavement Only Low Bid Design-Build project in Citrus County. The intent of this Low Bid Design-Build project is to replace existing raveling FC-5 Friction Course with new FC-12.5 Friction Course in separate segmented areas from west of Homosassa Trail (MP 6.762) to west of N Central Ave (MP 15.200) for a total project construction length of 1.378 miles. The scope of work requires the replacement of the FC-5 Friction Course and pavement markings that will be impacted by the milling and resurfacing. Other improvements, including cross slope correction, RRR improvements, and ADA improvements, are not included in the scope of work. Required limits and depth of milling and resurfacing is detailed in Attachments A04.01, A05.01 and A06.01.
