Site work for a water / sewer project in North Versailles, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Sealed proposals are requested for the Crestas Pump Station Project. Bid documents may be examined or obtained from Glenn Engineering & Associates for a non-refundable fee of $100 per set, with an additional $18 for mailing. No documents are issued within 48 hours of the scheduled bid opening. Proposals are to be submitted, clearly marked with the project name, at the Secretary's Office of the North Versailles Township Sanitary Authority, Monday through Friday, until the bid opening date. The contract is subject to the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act. All bidders must submit a bid bond equal to 10% of the bid in the form of a certified check, bank cashier's check, or other negotiable instrument guaranteed by a commercial bank. The Authority reserves the right to accept or reject any form of bid bond that, in its opinion, does not provide sufficient security. The Authority also reserves the right to reject any or all bids or portions thereof, waive irregularities, negotiate upon receipt of bids, and adjust quantities. No bids will be accepted after the specified time. No bid may be withdrawn for 60 days once filed. The Authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids and waive any informality in received bids.
