School District No. 50 (Haida Gwaii) is requesting bids from Contractors qualified to perform work as indicated in the Bid Documents. The scope of work is to provide new, complete, operational and tested mechanical systems for ventilation and controls systems, as described in the Bid Documents and in full conformance with applicable codes, standards and ordinances. Bids must be received electronically via email only. Hard copy submission of bids is not required and may not be accepted. Bids must be submitted no later than 2:00 PM PST, Tuesday, June 16, 2026. The time stamp on the arrival of the electronic document will be used to determine bid submission time. Bids received prior to the indicated closing time will be opened privately after the stipulated tender close time. Bids received will be reviewed by the School District with the Consultant prior to award. Inquiries during the tender period may be directed to the appropriate consultant but must be copied to the prime consultant. Inquiries are to be submitted by e-mail only. No oral clarifications will be issued. All changes to the contract will be issued in the form of written addenda posted to the BC Bid website.
