The City of Prince Rupert is seeking quotations from qualified respondents for the provision of services to be carried out within the required schedule for paving works at various locations around the city. Contractors are requested to perform milling, asphalt paving, and related activities at multiple locations. The total quantity of paving is 5,000 m^2 across 3-6 separate corridors. Unit rate pricing is required for scope items and will be used for work on an as-required basis during the project, while lump sum pricing is requested for items such as temporary site office, local remobilization between corridors, overhead, and profit. All unit rates must be fully inclusive of labour, materials, equipment, and all incidentals needed to complete the work. Submissions can be made electronically via the BC Bid system by pre-authorized bidders, or in hard copy as instructed. Quotations must be received before the specified closing date and time.
