Renovation of a municipal facility in Prince Rupert, British Columbia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.

Reference Number 0000331677 The work includes, but is not limited to, the following: Remove exterior finishes at locations shown on the drawings as required to upgrade existing details to those shown on the drawings. Supply and install for the following scope of work as outlined in the drawings: Repointing cracked or de-bonded mortar joints at brick walls. Replacing deteriorated/spalled bricks at brick walls. Replacing corroded fasteners at metal cladding. Removing and replacing all exterior sealant joints. Performing injection waterproofing at actively leaking cracks in basement foundation walls. Performing localized deteriorated concrete repairs. Decommissioning of existing access hatch and lift within loading dock / basement mechanical room.
