This project consists of updates to the streambank improvements including the installation of root wads, log toe and rock toe protection, removal of log deflectors, and all associated site restoration and landscaping, complete in place. Proposals must be delivered in a sealed envelope and clearly marked on the outside with the project name. Proposals must be accompanied by a Certified Check or Bidder's Bond in an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the total amount of the Proposal. Performance, Maintenance, and Labor and Material Payment Bonds, along with Public Liability and Property Damage Certificates of Insurance and Certificates of Workman's Compensation, must be filed with the executed Agreement upon acceptance of the Proposal from the successful Bidder. The Borough reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, or any part thereof, for any reason, and also reserves the right to waive any informality therein. The Borough will award the contract to the lowest responsible bidder based on the total bid submitted but reserves the right to award a contract for all or any portions of the work listed in the proposal. Question Deadline 05/25/2026 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing. Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by Engineer in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda delivered to all parties recorded as having received the Bidding Documents.
