The Ashtabula County Board of Commissioners is requesting professional architectural/engineering (A/E) services in accordance with Ohio Revised Code 153.68. Statements of Qualifications will be received for the purpose of providing architectural, engineering, and planning services on an as needed basis. Consultants will be selected and prequalified to provide the following general services: (A) Architectural and engineering planning for prospective projects and programs, including conceptual planning, feasibility studies, and facility plans for renovation or construction of County facilities; (B) Architectural and engineering services for detailed design, preparation of construction contract documents, estimation of construction costs, and construction administration for building projects; (C) Mechanical and/or electrical design related to equipment installation or modification within a facility, including preparation of detailed plans, specifications, material lists, schematic drawings, and process design memorandums. Submittals must comply with standards available from the Ashtabula County website. A selection committee will review the submissions to determine the most qualified firms.
