Site work and new construction of a recreation facility in Jefferson, Ohio. Completed plans call for the construction of a recreation facility; and for site work for a recreation facility.
Sealed bids are requested for the construction of a new metal building at the Ashtabula County Fairgrounds, including all labor and materials needed for the foundation, concrete flatwork, building erection, and overhead doors. Electrical, site work, and utilities will be handled separately. All work must comply with the specifications of the pre-purchased Building Package. Bidders may submit proposals for one or more project categories. Fully completed, sealed Bid Forms must be submitted in accordance with the specified instructions, and each bid must include required bid security. The County reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive informalities, and adjust items in the bid as necessary. No electronic submissions will be accepted. All work must be completed by the stated completion date. Bids held up to sixty days after opening; compliance with all provided Instructions to Bidders is mandatory for consideration. Questions must be emailed to Evan Flack, at evanflack624@gmail.com by 12:00 p.m. EST on Monday, March 13, 2026; responses will be issued no less than 2 days prior to the bid deadline.
