The project involves widening and resurfacing the parking area at 241 Main Street, Tidioute, PA, for the Tidioute Community Charter School. The project must comply with Pennsylvania commercial/building paving codes. The parking area is to be approximately 40 feet wide by 350 feet long; about 34 feet by 350 feet of this will be resurfaced while about 8 feet by 320 feet will be entirely new asphalt. Prospective bidders must submit a bid bond of 10% with their bid, provide proof of General Liability insurance and Workers Compensation coverage, and furnish a Performance Bond for 100% of the awarded bid amount. If the project cost exceeds $25,000, the Pennsylvania prevailing wage Act will apply.
