Description

Renovation of a mixed-use development in Selmer, Tennessee. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 8,424-square-foot educational facility; 6,600-square-foot educational facility; 9,115-square-foot educational facility; 9,600-square-foot educational facility; 9,000-square-foot educational facility; 8,526-square-foot educational facility; and 5,880-square-foot educational facility.

This project involves the screening and refinishing of gym floors at Adamsville Elementary, Adamsville High, Bethel Springs Elementary, McNairy Central High, Michie Elementary, Ramer Elementary, and Selmer Middle. The selected bidder will be responsible for providing all materials and labor for this project.
